How frequently should I have sessions with a therapist?

Sessions can be scheduled as often as you like, based on need and availability. I recommend starting with weekly sessions to build rapport, and eventually reducing them to bi-weekly or monthly for routine check-ins.

What therapeutic approach do you use in your practice?

I am an Emotionally Focused Therapist, and I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into my practice.

Do you offer therapy for couples?

Yes, I offer couples therapy. However, I do not accept insurance for these types of sessions. The rate for couples therapy is $250 per session, and we can discuss and arrange a suitable payment plan.

Do you offer therapy services for children?

No, services are exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years or older, as well as to couples.

Do you assign any homework?

Homework may be assigned after the session, based on the goals and objectives.
